Our Leadership Philosophy

Character

Character is the root of leadership.

A leader of character must establish a culture of trust through values and principles.

A leader grows trust by trusting others first, providing a vision, leading by example, and sincerely caring about others.

Competence

Competence includes providing a vision for the organization, problem-solving and decision making, and coaching and developing others.

A leader must be able to articulate a simple, unique, ideal, image of the future. Leaders must explain the “why” behind the vision and tell their followers what they believe.

Resilience

Positive energy is essential when leading a large organization or a small team.

Optimism and enthusiasm are two key traits of a resilient person.

Like any other trait, they must be exercised in order to become a strong part of one’s make-up.

Our purpose is to grow better leaders throughout the world.

Leader Grove Leadership Seminars

All seminars focus on learning outcomes enabling participants to apply best practices, techniques and procedures immediately in their organizational environment.

Seminar leader John Gronski peppers the seminars with real-life stories and experiences from his career as a senior military leader and his work as a management consultant with Fortune 100 companies.

John has unique experience as an Army combat leader and a highly respected management consultant. He leverages that experience by providing leadership best practices he has used both on the battlefield and in the boardroom.

Seminar participants will leave the seminar energized and inspired, but also armed with techniques they could use right away to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. If you believe, as John does, that leaders are grown and not built and that every leader could continue to improve regardless of their experience level, then these seminars are for you.
